Every design, every artwork, every wild and raw idea you see on this site is the sole property of Christopher Kelly, unless you’ve been notified otherwise in the form of a registered letter (yeah, we keep it official). If you buy it, you get to wear it, flaunt it, and live it—but under no circumstances does this mean you can reproduce the design for any other purpose. You wanna profit off our work without permission? Expect us to knock on your door, demanding every penny of what’s owed.

Disclaimer: Art that’s been legally purchased belongs to you as the owner, but the rights to the original design? That stays with us. If we catch you reproducing any of our creations without a proper license or written consent, it’s theft. And any proceeds from the unauthorized sale of such works belong to Christopher Kelly—no ifs, ands, or buts.

By purchasing an item from UPTHEPUNX.ca™, you get to wear and enjoy the art, but the rights to reproduce or profit off the design remain with us. Any unauthorized reproductions, uses, or sales of our work will be considered theft, and profits made from bootlegs must be returned to the rightful owner. This rule extends to all intellectual property unless otherwise explicitly stated by the creator.

2. User Accounts

When you create an account with us, you’re responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password. You agree to accept responsibility for any and all activities or actions that occur under your account. The item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
